Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Donation-Utility Associate/Barcoder to support daily store operations. You will process register transactions, promote Round-Up donations, and maintain a clean sales floor while assisting customers with inquiries.

The role includes cross-training and opportunities for growth, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing procedures, stock maintenance, and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions, handle money, and count cash drawer.
• Encourage Round-Up donations and greet customers warmly.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and dressing rooms.
• Stock and arrange merchandise; set prices with supervision.
• Assist opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Operate store systems and paging/announcement devices.
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer concerns.
