Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is seeking a Business Relations Manager to lead the Customer Service organization across locations, focusing on order administration, customer advocacy, and continuous improvement. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Plant Leadership, Engineering, and Materials to deliver superior service.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma methodology, strong SAP usage, and the development of high-performing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Eight+ years of customer relations experience.
• Three+ years of leadership or management experience; SAP experience.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Order Administration teams across locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with plants, dealers, and customers; serve as primary advocate.
• Oversee order administration, credits/debits, returns, and pricing issues.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support new product launches and organizational changes; monitor customer trends.
