Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in food manufacturing quality or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with customer audits or supplier-assurance coordination preferred.
• Commitment to food safety and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer quality expectations into clear guidance for teams.
• Serve as primary quality contact for customers and coordinate responses.
• Lead customer quality reviews with documented evidence and action ownership.
• Collaborate with FSQ, Quality, and Procurement to assess issues and trends.
• Coordinate supplier-assurance inquiries ensuring alignment with controls.
• Monitor response times and trends, driving corrective actions.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across site leadership.
• Plan, prioritize work, and provide after-hours support when required.
