Job summary

AutoStore System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Engineer in Salem, OR.

You will lead end-to-end investigations of product and service non-conformances at customer sites, coordinating cross-functional root-cause analyses and validating corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in quality or related engineering roles, with experience in lean, TPS, Six Sigma, and direct customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, or related technical discipline.
• Training or certification in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or related methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience leading cross-functional investigations from problem ID to corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of non-conformances at customer sites.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis using structured methodologies (5 Why, 8D).
• Define, coordinate, and verify corrective actions for timely resolution.
• Apply Lean/continuous-improvement principles to improve processes.
