Rhenus Automotive in Salem, Virginia is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to safeguard product and process quality in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will monitor corrective actions, support ISO 9001 compliance, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and pursue multiple objectives.
• Proficiency in pulling data from systems and analyzing it using Power BI or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred; equivalent experience considered for a5+ years in engineering.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a quality-related position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high level of product and process quality through monitoring and testing procedures.
• Assist in maintaining QMS per ISO 9001, including controlled documents.
• Investigate quality incidents and perform root cause analysis with containment actions.
• Support audits required by the certification standard and implement corrective actions.
• Document production processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain work instructions for the production floor and train staff.
• Analyze quality metrics and take corrective actions; manage NOK discussions with customers.
