You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and build strong customer relationships to deliver high-quality results. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a technical background, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager in end-to-end radio network deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at working and executive levels.
• Knowledge of project financials and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Radio Network projects from design through acceptance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with local and global teams — internal and external — to meet project timelines, improve profitability, and drive continuous improvement through strong governance and project controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and work proactively to resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead change management efforts to support smooth project transitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Capture and share best practices to help standardize and improve delivery processes across the organization.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support the professional development of team members.
