Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead in-building RAN projects across the USA, focusing on DOT deployment. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating with RF design, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction management for in-building RAN systems.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and construction teams.
• Knowledge of Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-building RAN construction projects with adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop BOMs and specify conduits, grounding, and fire-rated penetrations.
• Coordinate with RF design teams to identify optimal solutions during design phase.
• Direct construction teams, site supervisors, and service providers to successful delivery.
• Oversee deployment of Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs with troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure QA processes and regulatory/safety compliance across projects.
