You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, build a strong talent pipeline, and report to the Head of PMO; this leadership role blends strategy with hands-on governance.

Bachelor's in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred; PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2; English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
• Project Management certification such as PMP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Champion the Ericsson Project and Program Management Methodology (EPPM).
• Monitor project financials with focus on margins and performance.
• Oversee critical projects with strong governance and change handling.
• Uphold adherence to standards and promote PM best practices.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while managing resources and budgets.
• Support business objectives and growth through project execution.
