Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, Texas seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead in-building RAN projects across the USA, focusing on Ericsson DOT deployment. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating with technical, operational, and stakeholder teams in varied facilities such as airports, stadiums, and offices.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction management for RAN systems, strong leadership, and familiarity with DOT, DAS, BDAs, and small cells.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction management focusing on in-building RAN systems.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of in-building RAN technologies including Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-building RAN construction projects ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Develop BOMs with conduits, grounding hardware, connectors, penetrations.
• Partner with RF design teams during design phase for optimal solutions.
• Guide construction teams including PMs, site supervisors, and service providers.
• Oversee deployment of DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Enforce QA processes for construction and installation activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders for on‑time delivery.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols.
• Deliver regular status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
