ONE Gas, Inc. seeks a Sr Customer Program Representative to lead the strategic development, implementation, and growth of customer affordability programs across Oklahoma.

The role partners with community organizations, analyzes performance, and drives initiatives to expand energy assistance access. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, event hosting, and presenting program concepts to diverse audiences while staying current with energy efficiency trends; travel may be required to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with community partner agencies or 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Experience with energy efficiency products, programs and technologies.
• Ability to understand customer sector challenges and trends, processes, and procedures.
• Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop affordability initiatives to increase customer awareness.
• Develop programs to drive natural gas adoption in market segments.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand outreach opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and deliver external presentations.
• Host events and conference booths to promote ONE Gas.
• Travel as needed to support program outreach.
