Job summary

Monarch Quantum in San Diego, CA is seeking aSenior Customer Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs, manage customer requests, schedules, and documentation, and align engineering, operations, and legal teams.

You will develop high-level schedules, track action items, review contracts, and communicate program status with customers while maintaining a sharp eye for risk and detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to understand technical and contractual documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, legal, and executive teams.
• Experience with project scheduling and action-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize customer requests, requirements, and commitments.
• Organize and maintain customer-provided documentation, specifications, contracts, and program information.
• Develop and maintain the high-level program schedule, including milestones and deliverables.
• Review contractual documents and coordinate with in-house legal counsel.
• Maintain a customer-facing action tracker with owners, due dates, and status.
• Drive cross-functional teams to close customer and internal action items on time.
• Identify risks and elevate as appropriate.
• Coordinate customer meetings, document decisions, and communicate program status.
• Ensure customer expectations and commitments are understood across the organization.
