Job summary

Monarch Quantum is seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 in San Diego to drive critical development programs from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and leadership to maintain schedules, costs, and milestones in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role requires a degree in engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in coordinating complex technical programs and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, startup/tech preferred.
• Experience leading development programs end-to-end.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide program execution from initiation to delivery with scope, schedule, and margin tracking.
• Prepare program status updates, dashboards, and briefings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, customers, finance, supply chain, and leadership.
• Identify risks and issues and monitor mitigation with leadership guidance.
• Track labor and material costs and maintain an integrated master schedule.
• Support contract negotiations and customer communications.
• Track all customer, internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across the organization to foster trust and uphold company values.
