Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize customer requests, requirements, and commitments.
• Organize and maintain customer documentation and program information.
• Develop and maintain the high-level program schedule with milestones.
• Review contractual documents with in-house counsel.
• Maintain a customer-facing action tracker with owners and due dates.
• Drive cross-functional teams to close actions on time.
• Identify risks and elevate appropriately.
• Coordinate customer meetings and document decisions.
• Ensure customer expectations are understood across the organization.
