Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking a Customer Coordinator to coordinate between the customer and service teams to ensure profitable delivery and effective execution of customer programs to meet contracted service levels. Responsibilities include service readiness, order processing through SAP, tracking related to unit repair and parts orders, and providing weekly activity reports.

Travel is not required; standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• 5 years combined similar industry experience and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Tracking and Communication for all service activity related to Unit Repair & Parts Orders.
• Utilizing SLA checklists, Maintain Action Items with Customers and Service Operations
• Conduct Weekly Conference calls with Service Operations and Customer teams to resolve issues
• Work with the PM to resolve all open AR and payment issues.
• Maintain and Coordinate with PM and Service Operations on Changes to Products and Programs and appropriate functions within our organization
• Provide Weekly Reports that summarize Key Customer Activity and project status
• Lead and Supervise Customer Coordinators by assigning daily tasks and priorities.
