Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville seeks a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to align customer expectations with our Service team and ensure timely, profitable delivery of programs.

You will manage order flow in SAP/QMS, track service activity, prepare weekly status reports, and coordinate with customers, program managers, and operations to resolve issues and maintain accurate inventories.

Excellent communication across teams and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar industry experience.
• Understanding of service order processing flow through an MRP system and shop floor control system.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the tracking and communication for all service activity related to unit repair and parts orders.
• Use SAP and QMS to process orders through Service Operations.
• Provide weekly reports that summarize key customer activity and project status.
• Act as primary customer contact for day-to-day business.
• Facilitate RMA creation processes and data management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse team.
