Job summary

Postscript is seeking a dedicated onboarding lead to own end-to-end onboarding for our largest, most complex customers, guiding them through list growth, campaigns, and automations to achieve strong ROI within 60-90 days.

You will act as an escalation point, exceed onboarding health targets, and collaborate with sales and product to continually improve the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience across teams.
