Postscript is the AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands. We are hiring a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager to own onboarding for our largest customers, guiding them through list growth, campaigns and automations to achieve ROI in the first 60–90 days.

This senior IC role requires real email marketing chops (Klaviyo/Braze/Iterable) and enterprise onboarding experience. All positions at Postscript are fully remote, with a focus on US-based customers and high-growth onboarding.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience in SaaS/tech
Direct experience onboarding for an email product
Ecommerce or martech onboarding experience
Experience managing multiple Enterprise-level customers
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Strong problem-solving and process orientation
Experience with cross-channel marketing (SMS, push, email)
Familiarity with lifecycle and retention marketing concepts

Responsibilities

Run one-on-one onboarding sessions with assigned customers, coaching through list growth, automations, campaigns and more
Act as an escalation point
Meet and exceed onboarding health targets
Collaborate with sales and product to improve the customer journey
Develop deep product and martech domain expertise and stay on trend
Guide customers through multi-channel marketing strategies
Develop onboarding frameworks for integration across marketing stacks
