Qualifications

• BA/BS undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial strategy for customer and account data across Sales, Marketing, analytics and ops.
• Define the business requirements and acceptance criteria for a single, trusted view of customers and accounts; partner with IT on options.
• Lead governance of customer/master data policies, quality standards, and accountability in Commercial.
• Track and communicate data quality, risks and value to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with business users, data stewards, IT and vendors to drive sustainable process improvements.
