Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or similar environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle/retention/product marketing, or customer success marketing.
• Proven ability to manage integrated programs with cross-functional stakeholders and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build customer lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align marketing touchpoints with milestones, renewal moments, and expansion opportunities.
• Support adoption and engagement with launches, feature releases, customer education, and nurture programs.
• Elevate customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, webinars, conferences, and events.
• Measure impact using insights, usage signals, and campaign performance data to guide priorities.
