POSITION OVERVIEW : The Senior Customer Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to achieve objectives for key accounts, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring quality specifications are met. They will be responsible for setting targets related to volume, revenue, market share, new business opportunities, new item distribution, and implementing corporate initiatives within assigned accounts and geographic areas. Additionally, they will engage with clients to provide training on product handling, cold chain management, inventory control, and other relevant areas, acting as a liaison between sales and operations.The Senior Customer Manager will foster and manage client relationships while working collaboratively across various departments to achieve shared objectives.
