Job summary

Ohio Logistics seeks a Lead Customer Logistics Coordinator to supervise daily customer service activities in a warehouse environment. You will guide Customer Service Representatives, coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining quality standards.

Under the Office Manager/General Manager, you will drive performance, monitor workflows, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, or customer service operations.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision, direction, and support to Customer Service Representatives.
Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-focused work environment.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer service and shipment issues.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and customers to facilitate on-time deliveries.
Support employee training, development, and adherence to procedures.
Prepare and distribute operational reports and performance metrics for management.
