Belcan is seeking a Senior Customer Integration Manager for MBSE, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. This full-time role leads customer growth for Belcan's MBSE practice, focusing on Digital Engineering, requirements modernization, and Digital Thread initiatives.

You will partner with customers, account managers, and leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, develop strategic relationships, and expand Belcan's market presence. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with MBSE platforms (Cameo, MagicDraw, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, DOORS Next, Jama, Polarion or similar).
• Minimum 8 years in engineering services, consulting, account management, or related technical environments.

A Senior Customer Integration Manager, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) position is currently available at Belcan working REMOTELY from anywhere in the United States. This is a full-time direct position with benefits.

The successful candidate will lead customer growth activities for Belcan's MBSE practice, supporting opportunities focused on Model-Based Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, requirements modernization, systems architecture, and Digital Thread initiatives.

This role serves as the primary growth leader for the U.S. MBSE business, partnering closely with customers, account managers, Chief Engineers, MBSE leadership, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, develop strategic relationships, and expand Belcan's market presence.

This role reports directly to the Associate Director, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) and works closely with MBSE leadership, technical authorities, and delivery leaders to support growth, strategic pursuits, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate combines strong customer relationship skills, business development experience, and systems engineering knowledge with a passion for helping customers modernize engineering and systems development processes.

Job Duties:

Customer & Market Leadership

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for MBSE services across the U.S. market.
• Build relationships with customer systems engineering, architecture, and engineering leadership organizations.
• Identify opportunities related to MBSE adoption, Digital Engineering, requirements modernization, and Digital Thread initiatives.
• Support customer roadmap development and strategic planning efforts.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.

Business Growth & Operational Performance

• Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline supporting growth objectives.
• Support achievement of revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Track market activity, pipeline health, and forecast performance.

Strategic Account Development

• Partner with account teams to expand existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer leadership.
• Support long-term account strategies focused on recurring growth and customer success.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities across business and technical stakeholders.

Solution Development & Capture Support

• Partner with Chief Engineers and MBSE leadership to shape customer solutions.
• Support proposal development, capture planning, and solution positioning activities.
• Facilitate customer workshops, assessments, and strategic planning engagements.
• Align Belcan capabilities with customer engineering and business objectives.

Industry Leadership & Strategic Partnerships

• Represent Belcan at INCOSE, Digital Engineering, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with MBSE software providers and industry organizations.
• Support thought leadership initiatives, webinars, conference presentations, and customer success stories.
• Help strengthen Belcan's position as a recognized MBSE consulting and implementation partner.

Required Qualifications:

• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Cameo, MagicDraw, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, DOORS Next, Jama, Polarion, or related MBSE platforms.
• Familiarity with SysML, SysML v2, Digital Engineering, and Digital Thread concepts.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering services, consulting, account management, business development, systems engineering, or related technical environments.
• Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and growing business opportunities.
• Experience supporting strategic account planning, capture activities, and proposal development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business leaders.
• Ability to travel within the United States as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience supporting MBSE consulting, implementation, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, or advanced manufacturing customers.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $160,000-$190,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
