Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks an experienced Senior MBSE Modeler for the H-60 AD IPT at NAS Patuxent River, MD. This on-site role requires translating domain data into SysML within SEM, adhering to DEE standards, and supporting VV&A efforts. Travel ~10% and Top-Secret/SCI eligibility are required.

The position emphasizes model-based digital engineering, integration with CATIA/PLM, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree; ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: BS/BA degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of four (4) years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with MBSE/Digital Engineering apps
• Hands-on MBSE tools: Cameo Systems Modeler / MagicDraw and Teamwork Cloud
• Strong foundation in SysML syntax and ontology design
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Confluence
• Strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, software, or aerospace engineering and translating constraints
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
• Linux environment in an Agile development process
• Security Classification: Top-Secret/SCI eligible; U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Model construction and translation into SysML blocks, diagrams, and constraints
• Adhere to DCM and MBSE standards; submit model changes via pull requests
• Map model elements to external design/analysis apps (CATIA, PLM, simulations)
• Participate in segment-level Agile sprints with LSEs and contractors
• Develop digital VV&A mapping directly to system requirements
• Embed reliability and maintainability math into SysML diagrams
• Prepare and review modeling diagrams in DEE during reviews
• Maintain SEM baseline; manage access and merges in Teamwork Cloud
