You will bring deep expertise in service design, analytics, AI/GenAI, and cross‑functional leadership, with 10+ years in strategy/management consulting and a proven track record with utilities clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy or Management consulting focused on customer service
• 10+ years turning insights into service transformation
• 10+ years leading assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements
• 10+ years deep functional expertise in customer service domains
• 5+ years serving utilities clients (electric, gas, water) or related finance/regulatory roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements for utilities clients
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and drive implementation of strategic initiatives
• Engage client leaders and stakeholders, guiding workshops and roadmaps
• Shape and deploy cross‑functional recommendations across strategy, function, and technology teams
