• Demonstrated knowledge of retail business techniques, rules and methods.
• Enjoy working in a quick-paced, evolving environment and fulfilling multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Patron Care groups via real-time smartphone aid through inbound and outbound calls, e-mail and other media; this function allows us to provide flexible support for all guide teams (Frontline service and specialty help).
• Handle important patron instances and first-rate eventualities from frontline professionals.
• Develop creative solutions to complicated consumer troubles while preserving provider level expectations and goal timelines.
• Use partnerships to clear up uncommon situations, such as outreach and follow-up.
• Discover rising customer tendencies, recommend method improvements, and share remarks to improve the purchaser experience.
• Coordinate and work cross-functionally to prevent and resolve important troubles.
