Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Atlanta to support the customer experience by handling order management, product flow, backorders, and credits. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolutions.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and experience with SAP or OMNI. A comprehensive benefits package and healthcare plans are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of relevant customer service experience.
SAP or OMNI experience strongly preferred; strong communication skills and problem solving expected.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, issue-focused customer service across order management, product flow, backorder management and credits.
Serve as the primary customer contact to maximize satisfaction.
Enter and verify manual orders, research line errors, and correct UOM/product/part-number issues.
Coordinate with Operations and Inventory to resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate updates to customers.
Triage complex issues for timely resolution and document all interactions in CRM.
