Job summary

Robinhood's Westlake, TX office seeks a Customer Experience Manager for Trump Accounts to lead a high-performing, customer-facing team focused on equities, market mechanics, and investor education.

You will coach and develop team members, handle help-desk support, and drive performance targets while upholding Robinhood's safety, clarity, and accountability. In-person attendance is expected at least 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA licensing is required.
• Prior leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities for customer-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a customer experience team across key qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Cultivate an inclusive team culture aligned with Robinhood values.
• Guide the team through change with clear, effective communication.
• Respond to complex customer issues; serve as escalation for stock trading, corporate actions, and market mechanics.
• Provide expertise on custodial accounts, IRAs, brokerage accounts, and investor education.
