Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking, or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; IT/ Networking or related education preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, hardware, servers, backups, printers, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills with ability to prioritize production-critical issues.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical employees.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with Corporate IT and plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for order status updates, tracking info, and delivery questions via phone or email.
• Investigate and resolve shipping delays, lost/damaged goods, or billing questions.
• Process incoming customer orders and enter data into company systems.
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with freight carriers and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips).
• Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse to prioritize rush orders and hit delivery targets.
