Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Customer Experience Professional (Finance) in Phoenix on a hybrid schedule.

You will own end-to-end order management, customer communication, and execution coordination for F-35 component repair operations, coordinating with Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing to meet contractual delivery and reporting requirements. The role emphasizes program reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-site collaboration, with on-site training for the first 90 days and

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years experience with SAP, customer portals, Excel, and integrated systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; customer-facing experience; repair & overhaul experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer management: act as primary interface for customer inquiries and maintain communication cadence.
• Order management: oversee SAP order lifecycle and PO handling via Exostar, resolve discrepancies.
• Program coordination: liaise across Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing; ensure ESD accuracy.
• Reporting: deliver status, forecast, and performance reports.
• AOG/MICAP support: handle critical aircraft-on-ground situations.
• Milestone tracker: ensure data fields and reporting standards are met.
• Continuous improvement: drive process improvements and standardization.
