Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Program Director (Finance) to oversee the Customer Programs portfolio, including Cockpit Avionics and Flight Management Systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage certification, production readiness, and entry‑into‑service activities for avionics hardware and software, and report to the Program Management VP from our Phoenix location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Prior leadership or director-level experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Customer Programs Portfolio activities.
• Develop and implement program management fundamentals and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage and analyze program performance metrics and reporting.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team.
• Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement.
