Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience with SAP, customer portals, Excel, and integrated systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with repair & overhaul experience as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer management: primary interface for customers and inquiries.
• Order management: SAP order lifecycle, PO handling via Exostar, discrepancies resolution.
• Program coordination: liaise across Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing; ensure ESD accuracy.
• Reporting: deliver status, forecast, and performance reports.
• AOG/MICAP support: handle critical aircraft-on-ground situations.
• Milestone tracker: ensure compliant data fields and reporting standards.
• Continuous improvement: drive process improvements and standardization.
