Job DescriptionThe F-35 Customer-Funded Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the dedicated focal point for Lockheed Martin F-35 component repair operations. The role is responsible for end-to-end order management, customer communication, and execution coordination, ensuring delivery performance aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations. This position is fully dedicated to Lockheed Martin F-35 work scope and includes specialized focus on program reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-site operational coordination.

You will be reporting to the Customer Professional manager in our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid Schedule. Training will be on-site full time Monday - Friday for the first 90 days.
