Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound calls regarding account questions and escalations.
• Handle escalated calls related to child support benefits, payments, and account concerns.
• Assist customers with deposits, payment history, balances, escalations, and program information.
• Research and resolve complex issues in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide real-time coaching and floor support to agents.
• Document case notes accurately in applicable systems.
