Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Senior Customer Executive (CMC/GPO) to lead strategic annual sales planning within fresh delivery (DSD) and expand the Frozen portfolio with customer groups.

This role oversees a high-performing team of customer executives, aligns sales activities with business strategies, and manages a broad broker network to maximize profitability across markets. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Align sales activities with internal strategies and objectives (profitability, market analysis, growth, capacity utilization).
• Support, lead, and train a team of customer executives.
• Manage broker network across frozen and alternative distribution.
• Develops promotional calendars to maximize trade promotions and maintain competitive advantage.
• Support growth in fresh direct store delivery and customer programs to drive growth.
• Review and maintain customer contracts and trade activity.
• Analyze sales activity to identify missed opportunities and optimize plans.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes with assigned accounts and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on market activities and present findings to leadership.
• Present annual and semi-annual Top-to-Top updates for assigned accounts.
