Job summary

Lunit is seeking a Customer Education & Engagement Team Manager to drive scalable education and engagement programs for its breast software across USCAN, LATAM, and EU. You will translate customer needs into learning experiences for radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams, partnering with CS, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Onboarding to enable onboarding and successful go-lives.

The role requires leadership in designing live and on-demand training, managing LMS and community platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Clinical/Healthcare Sciences, Healthcare Admin, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer education, clinical training, or related fields in MedTech or SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare customers and imaging workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education programs to drive adoption, proficiency, and utilization of Lunit breast software.
• Design scalable learning pathways for onboarding, go-lives, training, and product enablement.
• Embed training milestones and readiness criteria into customer project plans.
• Develop an education calendar with live, virtual, on-demand, and events.
• Create training materials: e-learning, videos, guides, and facilitator resources.
• Monitor KPIs like completion, satisfaction, time-to-value, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote education programs and drive customer advocacy.
• Manage Absorb LMS enrollment, tracking, and analytics; use Higher Logic Vanilla for community engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, Product, and Implementation to reflect real customer needs.
