Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Regional Clinical Education Manager to lead the Urology Clinical Education team, driving training and education initiatives across the region. You will motivate and advise representatives to improve performance through effective planning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes developing value-added training solutions, managing resources, and building broad internal/external relationships to meet clinical education objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated medical device, healthcare, and/or training and education experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for regional Clinical Education team; creates and executes comprehensive strategies to exceed clinical training and education objectives and develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Develops value-added solutions that meet customer business needs, has broad business knowledge, as well as deep territory knowledge.
• Manages resources to ensure sales and clinical education objectives are met, anticipates internal/external business challenges to align priorities, strategies, and tactics.
• Develops broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization to achieve desired results.
