Job summary

Kenvue, a leader in consumer care, seeks a Sr. Customer Deliver Analyst in Summit, NJ. Hybrid work arrangement combines in-office and remote collaboration to drive excellence across order management, inventory, logistics, and customer planning.

The role leverages AI tools and Power BI to improve service levels and customer satisfaction. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and partner with Sales and Supply Chain to optimize inventory and delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Strong collaboration and communication across multi-functional teams.
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operations.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Provide Best-In-Class customer service and maintain relationships with customers.
Lead end-to-end solutions to improve service, cost, or capabilities.
Influence inventory and supply chain plans with customers to grow sales.
Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to identify trends and root causes.
Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and alerts for visibility.
Apply digital tools (Power BI, SAP/BW, ERP) to streamline workflows.
Translate data into insights and action plans for internal teams.
Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
Monitor metrics (in stock, fill rate, on-time delivery) and provide corrective actions.
