Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to resolve questions or concerns.
• Prepare orders in WMS and generate reports for loading and production.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate ordering to Supply Chain Centers; manage add-ons and change requests.
• Disseminate corporate, marketing, and company information to stores.
• Maintain filing system for invoices and reports.
