Qualifications

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and process orders via multiple channels.
• Send order confirmations and provide status updates to customers.
• Review orders for accuracy and adjust as needed.
• Route special orders and provide pricing information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and needs.
• Explain products and services to assist purchasing decisions.
• Research and resolve billing and pricing inquiries.
• Resolve order issues to enable same-day shipping and authorize credits or returns.
• Perform filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
