Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova, is seeking a remote Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls, process orders, and resolve customer issues with empathy and clear communication.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to place orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal departments to assist customers and provide updates.
• Resolve billing and pricing questions and authorize credits/rebills as needed.
• Maintain and organize administrative duties as assigned.
