Ladders is seeking a Staff Architect to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role shapes solution architecture across cloud, infrastructure, and application domains to support strategic business objectives.

You will partner with governance, security, and delivery teams to evaluate design choices and guide complex initiatives. Based in the United States, this remote role requires balancing modern technology direction with compliance considerations while helping teams move quickly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS.
• 7+ years designing and implementing technology architectures.
• LEAN/Agile/Scrum or ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive solution architectures aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support the governance and evolution of the application portfolio.
• Participate in architecture governance and design reviews.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape solution architecture across cloud, infrastructure, and application domains in support of strategic business objectives. You will partner closely with governance, security, and delivery teams to evaluate design choices, guide complex initiatives, and strengthen the overall architecture landscape. The work will require balancing modern technology direction with compliance considerations while helping teams move efficiently and make sound technical decisions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $171,700 – $209,800 annually
