Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to maintain service levels and support multinational customers. You will develop relationships, handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, including SAP.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using computerized inventory management software (ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Prior use of SAP is highly beneficial.
• Experience with spare parts / machine parts / automotive parts / technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries by email and phone.
• Process incoming requests and purchase orders with complete information in internal systems.
• Support excellent customer service at every opportunity.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete tasks and turnaround orders.
• Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data input in inventory systems.
• Compile, analyze, and report communications to customers.
• Manage lead times and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with warehouse on orders needing kitting, assembly, or special handling.
• Identify and document issues or trends affecting service levels and escalate appropriately.
• Learn our product offerings and applications to better support customers.
