Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full order lifecycle including quotes, orders, and warranties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Customer Account Managers across assigned customers.
• Set daily priorities; ensure inquiries, quotes, orders, and escalations are handled promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
