Job summary

Stewart is seeking a Customer Service Representative to promote Stewart services and solutions through sales and marketing activities, ensuring customer success while maximizing Stewart revenue and market share.

You will provide administrative and specialized operational support to sales teams to assist with selling Stewart products in line with leadership goals. This role is based in the United States and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers.
• Effectively resolve inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion.
• Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the need to exercise discretion.
• Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
