Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
• Minimum 4 years of machine-building experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for assembly.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and work with 220–480 V electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subassemblies for custom capital equipment.
• Mount bearings, pneumatic components, and drive systems with precision.
• Wire and panel electrical components per schematics.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance during testing.
