You will lead consultations for engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke pieces, manage stone choices, design options, timelines, and pricing while staying client-focused in a small studio setting. This role rewards strong communication and project management within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fine jewelry sales, including custom or engagement rings.
• Strong understanding of jewelry design principles and stone setting.
• Ability to guide clients toward beautiful and durable pieces for long-term wear.
• Strong communication skills and trust-building with clients.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional, calm, solutions-oriented client service.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead custom jewelry consultations, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke projects.
• Guide clients through stone selection, design options, timelines, and pricing.
• Help clients make informed design decisions that balance aesthetics, durability, and long-term wearability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for custom clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and manage custom orders to ensure clear communication and timely completion.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive showroom experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order documentation.
• Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and overall client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
