Northern Trust Corp is seeking a Custody Client Service, Consultant to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence within Asset Servicing. You will support investment manager and fund company relationships, resolve complex inquiries, and coordinate solutions across internal partner groups.

The role requires a strong custody background, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• College or university degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, custody, asset servicing, investment operations, or client servicing.
• Experience working across operational and functional teams to deliver client solutions and resolve service issues.
• Strong custody knowledge including cash operations, settlements, and corporate actions is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex operational matters to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client and investment manager relationships, understanding servicing requirements and priorities.
• Deliver exceptional client service through oversight of daily custody activities.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalations across custody functions per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve client and investment manager needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training to strengthen custody coverage.
