Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months paid custodial/housekeeping experience required; one year preferred.
• Experience in environments serving people with disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks including cleaning and sanitizing buildings and resident homes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, restock as needed.
• Inspect facilities and address maintenance issues and coordinate with supervisor.
• Assist Custodian Manager with safety and infection control programs.
• Oversee Custodians I and II as needed and provide training.
