Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Mexia, TX, seeks a Custodian III to perform senior-level custodial work in state supported living centers. You will clean, disinfect, restock supplies, and inspect buildings and resident homes, while supervising junior staff and assisting the Custodial Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of paid custodial/housekeeping experience required; one year preferred.
• Experience in environments serving individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, clean, and sanitize SSLC buildings and resident homes.
• Provide housekeeping services in a residential setting and inspect facilities.
• Restock supplies and back up other custodians as needed.
• Supervise Custodian I/II staff and assist the Custodial Manager in training.
