Job summary

Harmon, Inc. in Atlanta seeks an experienced Project Manager to own a project’s lifecycle from initiation to closeout, driving profitability and leading cross-functional teams with minimal oversight.

You will manage junior project managers, field teams, and clients, forecast and report financial metrics, ensure process discipline, and coach others to act quickly to mitigate issues while upholding Harmon’s best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field
• Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business
• Curtainwall industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
• Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
• Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
• Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.
